  2. Pick up your equipment from the lockbox at our Richfield location using the code you received.

Can I extend my rental period?

Yes, we understand that plans may change. If you'd like to extend your rental period, please email us at info@thesweetspotmn.com and we'll be happy to assist you.

What if I need to cancel my rental?

Cancellations may be made up to 12 hours prior to your rental period. If you need to cancel your rental, please notify us as soon as possible. Depending on the timing of your cancellation, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund.

Do I need to pay for damaged or cracked balls?

Not at all! We take pride in providing high-quality equipment, including pickleballs that are in excellent condition. However, balls crack. If you notice any damage or cracks on the balls during your rental period, simply return them with your rental, and we'll take care of the rest.

Can I rent equipment for a group or event?

Absolutely! Whether you're hosting a pickleball tournament, corporate event, or family gathering, we offer event rental options to suit your needs. Contact us for more information on event rates and customization options.

How is the refundable deposit handled?

The refundable deposit is processed separately from the rental fee. Upon returning the rented equipment in good condition at the end of your rental period, the deposit will be promptly refunded to the original payment method.

When will I receive my deposit refund?

Your deposit refund will be processed within 3-5 business days of us receiving and inspecting the returned equipment. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account depending on your bank's processing times.

What happens if there are damages to the rented equipment?

If any damages beyond normal wear and tear are identified upon inspection of the returned equipment, the cost of repairs or replacement will be deducted from the refundable deposit. You will be notified of any deductions and provided with an explanation of the charges.
