  • Pick Up

    Pick up your equipment from the locker at our Richfield location using the code you received.

  • Return

    Once your rental period is over, simply return the items to the locker at our Richfield location.

  • Pick Up Instructions

    1. Upon booking your pickleball rental reservation, you will receive a confirmation email alerting you to your upcoming reservation.
    2. You will then receive an additional email providing the access code for the locker containing your rental items.
    3. Arrive at our Richfield location at 6817 Upton Ave South, Richfield MN 55423. Access the rental locker via our driveway, which is accessed through the alleyway between Upton and Thomas. Google Maps will direct you there. Look for The Sweet Spot signs at the end of the driveway.
    4. Enter the provided access code into the padlock and retrieve your rental items. Please ensure the padlock is locked after picking up your items.

  • Return Instructions

    1. Prior to your return date, you will receive a confirmation email alerting you to your rental return date and time.
    2. Return your rental items to our Richfield location.
    3. Enter the access code used for pick up into the padlock and place your rental items inside the locker. Again, please ensure the padlock is locked after returning your items.

About our Balls

Our rental packages include everything you need for a dynamic training session- including premium Selkirk Pro S1 balls!

Worried about cracked or broken balls? Don't be! We believe in hassle-free training, which is why we don't charge any extra fees for damaged balls. Simply return them at the end of your rental period, no questions asked.

Care Instructions

Our equipment is designed to be used either indoors or outdoors. However, please do not leave any equipment outside for extended periods of time. Do not store equipment outdoors or expose to wet or extreme conditions.

Rental Deposits

The refundable deposit is processed separately from the rental fee. Upon returning the rented equipment in good condition at the end of your rental period, the deposit will be promptly refunded to the original payment method.

Your deposit refund will be processed within 3-5 business days of us receiving and inspecting the returned equipment. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account depending on your bank's processing times.

If any damages beyond normal wear and tear are identified upon inspection of the returned equipment, the cost of repairs or replacement will be deducted from the refundable deposit. You will be notified of any deductions and provided with an explanation of the charges.

Minimum Age for Rentals

All rentable gear is only available to individuals 18 years of age or older.
